The 5K is held on the beautiful Genoa trail. The trail is flat, shaded and perfect for a walk, run, or roll. This event is an amazing way to show your support for those affected by SB in the Central Ohio area.

FREE Climbing Clinic at Vertical Adventures

Vertical Adventures will be hosting a FREE adaptive climbing clinic on February 6th  from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Adaptive Ascents Clinics are designed to offer adaptive opportunities to anyone with a disability. Whether you’ve climbed before or you are new to climbing, this event is for you! Come experience the joys, benefits and challenges of rock climbing!

Each person will need to register (http://www.verticaladventuresohio.com/adaptive-ascents/) individually and will need to fill out a waiver.

COSBA Family Day with the Columbus Clippers

April 26, 2015

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch in covered area and explore the ball park (lunch will be served rain or shine (hot dogs, hamburgers, macaroni and cheese, chips, drinks))
1 p.m. Cheer on the Columbus Clippers as they play Louisville (Cincinnati Reds Farm team)

After the game the family can run, walk, or roll the bases for Commit to be Fit!

Tickets
Each family is allowed up to six tickets. If you have five or more in your immediate family let us know and we can make arrangements for you for up to eight tickets. You will pick up your tickets at the ballpark the day of the event. More details will follow closer to the event for those attending. Tickets will have seat numbers, but we will have a section so you can sit where you want in those areas.

Seating information
The venue is very accessible, however we have limited wheelchair-only seating space. We only have space for 24 wheelchairs in the wheelchair top seating row of our section. If you or your child can sit without a companion and we ask that you save the wheelchair only section for those that need it.

You will be able to sit directly in front of your child or companion. For example my daughter Leah will need to sit in the wheelchair section by herself, but the rest of our family will sit in front of her. For those of you that went to the Blue Jacket event it is a very similar situation.

If you or your child needs a companion, we are asking that only one companion sit with you or your child. The rest of your party can sit in the sections in front of the accessible seating. Please let us know if you need wheelchair-only seating, and if you need a companion spot. If you or your child can go down a few steps let us know that too.
