Hockey Time!

Are you interested in sled hockey? Interested in getting your child involved?

Now is the time!

If you plan to enroll your child this year, there are some things to remember:
  • Some paperwork needs to be completed in order to participate. Contact Laurie Schulze for copies of the paperwork, and once completed, please return it all to Laurie (5795 County Road 23, Cardington, OH 43315)
  • Players also need to be registered with USA Hockey. Visit usahockey.com and follow the prompts. 
  • The first event dates are:
    • Saturday, October 2: evening skate during intermission of the Blue Jackets game
    • November 5-7: Cruiser's Cup, Brampton Ontario
  • Each practice session is $50 this year and there are three practice sessions:
    • Session 1: September 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
    • Session 2: November 5, 12, 19, December 3, 17, January 7, 21, 28
    • Session 3: February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 11, 18, 25

Mission Statement
Our mission is to raise awareness of Spina Bifida and to make a difference in the lives of all who are touched by Spina Bifida in the Central Ohio area.

History
COSBA is a 501c3 non-profit which was resurrected in 2001 by parents caring for children with Spina Bifida. Since that time we have offered our support to new families, organized social gatherings and helped with Spina Bifida related financial needs. We meet bi-monthly and are always looking for ways to improve!
